The Apostle Paul was a tentmaker. He funded his ministry by literally making tents, instead of taking money from local churches. One of the main purposes of Tentmaker Ministries, is to provide a variety of ministries without taking money from local churches. Our funding comes from individual donations and corporate/donations from the Christian Business Association.
Tentmaker Ministries is a non-profit organization based in San Antonio, TX. We are a small ministry, but we are rapidly growing and making an impact on the world for the Kingdom of God.
The purpose of Tentmaker Ministries is to provide evangelism, discipleship, missions, and Christian education through a variety of ministries.
Tentmaker Ministries is also closely associated with other Christian ministries, such as Crossroads Christian Fellowship, a non-denominational international church fellowship of Christians (http://www.Crossroads-Christian-Fellowship.net) and the International College for Christian Studies (http://www.ICCSonline.net).
